Complains

I see no one has any complains so i have make a topic just for sure !
if you have any complains don't be afrainde to say because no one is gone get angry or someting ... we all togheter are a team so we must listen to every one who has to say someting !.. if you see that a member of the community is inactive or he is going down fast ... just write here ... ore something like that

I think we are way too many Romanian users.

ok i wanna say we have a problem with -user scout- to make a high CSM community
the problem is why u w8 for them to make an application & after take the decission to
add him in our community ?
beacause no user make any aplication :'-(

i am working at this .... but the work is slow ... probably at the end of the sezon we will clar the community of all the bad players ... or inactive ... but until then we must w8 ... also i need a litter more "power" from twister :D for doing this

I have to remind you that corrupted at the first was a romanian community and after that we decide to extend to other countries.

I've done some remodeling with the CP, so if you would like to check mine out, sure, get a look!

I know you are all mad because you don`t see a new CP and so on but i don`t have so much spare time to do that. At the end of this season i will clarify this situation and i will make THE LAST CP FOR 1 SEASON that means for the next season we will not accept anymore players for our community for that ocazie (exception: IF IT IS VERY VERY GOOD on his rebuilding/or in his game). I took this decision because i/we want (i think) to produse a STRONG community with real and important goals and for that we need the strongest players/rebuilders that we can find for our community and we have to keep those which are very good at this moment.

The only way to be more actif is to have only actif members, being in acommunity isnt only having a tag in front of your name ....

yes I have a suggesttion, look the WWT and recruting 3 /4 teams, from skilled/amateur/pro or maybe Godlike if there is any with out crew, normally are active players.

my team is growing,this season maybe I will do nothing , but in the next season I will try bring a cup from WWT to corrupted Smile

So from now im back. that means that i hawe internet and ill be active. so is there any big changes abaut what i dont know???

I am a member of corrupted since some days.

I checked the forum every day but i cant see any guys of you posting something.

So what we do? kick some inactiv members and let corrupted becoming more especial.

For me its not important to have many members where the 80% of it are inactive
i prefere quality before quantity.

what would you say about a activity check?

i like this idea im thinking abaut it every day when im playing CSM but we hawe to make some plan for this stuff, we hawe to get good and active memmbers for our community, but i dont wona kick best members of our community even they are inactive.

but a good review has to be done.

yes for sure !

but i also think that a skilled manager is also useless if he is inactive so there are many other skilled people out there so dont wait and kick those who are inactive for long time.
