i advise you to start rebuilding with at least 100.000 csm.
with this money i recommend buying players with 3S/3T and with good limits (around 80 or above) and a CL, you should spend around 50-60.000 csm on them, with the rest of the money use them on LC.

if you have more than 100.000 try buying players with higher talent OR stamina, i recommend talent.

p.s.: don't forget to take a look on finances, you should keep 10.000 csm for salaries

Yikes, I hope that you have money for constant lan-camp. I think it is hard to train a 16 yo up to natural level at 28. That's 12 years... @ 50SP (if you lancamp constantly else 35-40 average over the years is more likely) so 248+600=848 or 248+420=648.. for the 14 year olds it's also hard but the limits are quite nice.
